What does "sealing" my profile mean?
Your work history gets a tamper-proof seal on the blockchain, so hiring teams can trust it's genuinely yours and unchanged. Only a digital fingerprint goes on the blockchain, never your details. Your profile itself is encrypted, and you choose who sees it.
Do you use AI to screen me?
Almega+™ suggests who might fit a role, based on what your experience means rather than keyword matches. It never interviews you and never rejects you. A person on the hiring team makes every decision.
What can hiring teams see?
